PAYMENT PROCEDURE
When making your reservation, you are required to make your payment in full to confirm your reservation.
- CLEANING & AMENITIES FEE:
- Main House: $125.00
- Suite #1, #2, #3 and #4: $75.00
- RESERVATION & PAYMENT POLICIES: Reservations MUST be PAID IN FULL at time of booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express and a current card number will be retained until up to 45 days after departure and may be used to cover the cost of: additional guest fees for people over the amount listed at time of reservation, damages to the accommodations or other Inn property, excessive cleaning, replacement of missing or broken items, or other charges caused by the guest. We do not charge our guests a security deposit.
OTHER: Â The Inn is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. We do have 4 security cameras positioned throughout the property to deter any foul play/theft from happening. The cameras are strictly to monitor anybody coming onto the property that is not a guest. Side note- Klickitat is a small town but it’s full of very nice, respectful, welcoming and generous people and we have been fortunate to have only had one incident occur in 5 years of operation and that was a fishing pole that went missing in the night after being left on the Main House back porch. But the fishing pole appeared the next afternoon after we posted to keep an eye out for it on our local Facebook page.
RATES:
Rates and policies are subject to change and may vary during high impact periods or for special requests. Rates are not guaranteed until paid in full.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancel within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund. No refunds of the reservation cost after the 24 hour window period, accept the cleaning/amenities fee. The cancellation policy applies to all circumstances including weather, illness, transportation problems, etc. Please understand we are a destination property that is dependent upon advance reservations rather than drive-by traffic.
CANCELLATION PROCEDURE:
- Both are required: Must call/text (509) 369-1111 and/or email us at [email protected] with notification.
- Must be confirmed by us in writing via email within 24 hours of cancellation. Please telephone us if you do not receive a written cancellation confirmation email from us within 24 hours – otherwise, your reservation will remain in effect and you will be charged.
- A $50 service fee plus tax is charged for cancellations. There is no charge for changing your reservations. If you have any questions, please call us.
**For those who book our space based on the river conditions (i.e Fishermen) we will have a different cancellation procedure. In the event that the river’s changes are drastic and are not fishable, we will credit you your visit for another time if you choose to otherwise there will be no refund.
Weddings, Special Events, Group Bookings and Room Blocks:
If you are interested in a whole facility rental, or you wish to reserve a block of rooms for a special event or other dedicated group, we can help and have special event pricing options determined by the type of event, size, and other factors. To inquire about reserving the entire inn as an event venue space for your next special event please call us at least 90 days in advance to ensure availability at (509) 369-1111.
